We live in a connected world, and at CarePlanner we understand that you may need our system to interface with other business software.

The good news is that CarePlanner is already fully integrated with popular call monitoring and finance systems, such as CM2000 and Sage Line 50. Connecting to these systems is part of the setup process, where our technical team will assist you in establishing these connections.

CM2000 Integration

If your local authority requires you to use CM2000 for call confirmation, then you’ll be pleased to hear that we have a seamless integration available between CarePlanner and CallConfirmLive. You can use CM2000 for logging in and out of calls, whilst managing your schedule, invoicing and all other aspects via CarePlanner.

Sage Line 50 Integration

Despite the growth of cloud-based accounting systems, Sage Line 50 remains hugely popular with small businesses and accountants alike. To support this, CarePlanner features an integrationintegation with Sage Line 50 that allows you to import your customer account names and visually match them to your CarePlanner clients.

You can also choose which Sage nominal account codes to use, and whether to charge VAT on certain services. Then, when you’ve generated your invoices in CarePlanner, you can simply export that information in a Sage-ready format at a click of a button. The system will even warn you if you try to export the same batch twice!

    Sage Payroll Integration

    Sage Payroll is a powerful HR management package that is popular amongst businesses with large or complex payroll to administer. By using our integration with Sage Payroll, you can generate attractive, accurate timesheets based on real-time call monitoring data together with mileage (both time and distance) payments and expenses.

    You can then email these directly to your staff and export the necessary data to Sage Payroll just as you normally would.

    Alternatively, you might choose to use Sage Payroll for your salaried staff, whilst importing their overtime information from CarePlanner

    Everylife PASSsystem Intergation

    If you use the Everylife PASSsystem for front-of-line care delivery, you can easily export data from CarePlanner in a format that is directly compatible with the PASSSsystem.

    CSV Exports

    An integration between CarePlanner and another system makes sense if there’s realtime, or frequent flow of information between the two. But sometimes you may just want to pull out the occasional set of data from CarePlanner. We’ve got that covered too.

    Any information that you enter into CarePlanner always remains just that – your information.

    We’ve a wealth of different reports that you can run to shine a light on every part of your care provision and business, from the punctuality of your care staff through to the system activity of your rota administrators. That’s on top of finance reports, client and carer statistics and incident reporting.
